I built my career internationally in a range of HR specialisms including Talent, Comms, Engagement and as a Regional HR Director based in the Middle East. Most recently as Global Talent Director in a FTSE 25 business driving the development of executives across 40+ countries. My passion is helping leaders to reach their potential and to create amazing places to work.

I live on the South Coast with my husband and young, curious and funny daughter. We love spending time on the beach and making the most of our beautiful countryside. I should say I run regularly along our wonderful beach, but in reality, I prefer a glass of wine and a fine dining taster menu!
